Schedule Your Fitting

A deposit of $200 is required to schedule an appointment for a head fitting and to discuss design.

At the fitting, we will measure the circumference of your head as well as the shape using a tool known as a conformer. The conformer is used to create a custom band block based on your exact head shape. This block will help keep the shape while the hat is not being worn.

If you are unable to meet for an in-person fitting, we will send you measuring instructions.

Choose Your Custom Hat Base

Panama Straw - $350
Sourced and hand woven in Ecuador using 100% toquilla straw,
this lightweight material makes the perfect summer hat. Available in
numerous colors and patterns and includes a sheepskin sweatband.

Beaver or Nutria - $800
The highest-quality material for a hat. Extremely durable, naturally
water-repellent and superior to all other materials. Nutria (coypu) is the sustainable alternative and shares all the amazing characteristics of beaver.

Certain embellishments will be priced accordingly and communicated for approval before application.

Pick Up Your Hat

Once the hat is complete, we will reach out to schedule a time for pickup and to make any final adjustments. If you aren’t able to pick up and try on in person, we will ship it to you. Your shipping rate includes an insured package with a direct signature required at time of delivery to ensure your hat arrives safely.

The final amount will be invoiced and due upon completion.

Our ultimate goal is to make sure you are happy with your new M+L hat. Our hats are handcrafted items, and we will do everything we can to make sure you happy with your one of a kind piece. If adjustments are needed at any point, please do not hesitate to reach out.
